Voice lessons are $30, per 30-minute lesson.
Piano lessons are $27, per 30-minute lesson.
There is an annual (non-refundable) $20 administration fee per student, to be paid in August. (This fee is prorated for students registering in winter, spring or summer.)
Tuition is to be paid at the beginning of every month, by the 7th. Payment is accepted via cash or check (made payable to: Carol Bray). Zelle (a digital payments network) is also an option for making payment. There will be no refunds or deductions for any reason. Payments received after the 10th will result in a $15 late fee charge.
The Studio operates throughout the year, with the lessons given all year around on a continuing basis. Lessons are cancelled or rescheduled during major holidays and family vacations.
Students may reschedule or cancel a lesson only in advance, with a minimum of 24-hour notice from their scheduled lesson time, with the fee for the original appointment waived. For cancellations, every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson.
Cancellations or rescheduling MUST be done by the responsible person who has signed the policy agreement, either directly to the teacher or in writing, unless the parent has granted permission for the student to take charge and notified the teacher of this arrangement.
Missed/cancelled lessons will be charged unless a minimum of 24-hours advanced notice has been given.
Tardy students will have what is left of their lesson time.
During inclement weather, the Studio remains open for lessons. Students may cancel due to hazardous weather, with lesson fee waived. You may want to wait and see how the roads are, as you get close to your private music lesson time. If you decide the roads are too hazardous, you must call and cancel your lesson, and the lesson fee will be waived. Otherwise, your music lesson will go on, as usual.
Students who discontinue their lessons for a season or more will give up their reserved time slots. The time slot may or may not be available when the student returns.
